Watervilla Terherne offers two spacious living romms. They’re both equipped with comfortable sofas en two televisions. Also, the kitchen next to it has a cool bar and built-in appliances, which makes it awesome for cooking and entertaining. The villa also comes with a big dining table that seats up to eight people—perfect for group meals. On both the first and second floors, there are four comfy, well-furnished bedrooms. And to top it off, the property has its own private 20-meter mooring dock.

⚠️ Please note: The villa is located in a tranquil neighborhood and is therefore unsuitable for groups planning to party.

Extras: Looking for even more luxury? A sauna, hot tub, stand-up paddleboard, and sloop (small boat) are available for rent at an additional cost.

The newly renovated water villa offers a fantastic view of the water, meadows (with no neighbors across the way), and the distant Sneekermeer. Right at your doorstep, you can step into your boat or sloop, hop on a paddleboard, or take a refreshing swim from your own private jetty. There’s also plenty of space to moor multiple boats, and the Sneekermeer is just a few minutes away by water. Additionally, a floating dock has been installed along the shore—perfect for even more water fun.

This villa offers an exceptional life on the water. Both living rooms and the dining area open onto the terrace via a sliding door, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Outside, you’ll find a dining table for 8, two sun loungers, and a garden with a sauna and hot tub (extra fee). The dining area, with seating for 8, forms the heart of the home, accompanied by lounge sofas, a reclining chair, and an open kitchen with a bar. The ground floor provides a cozy living space for the family. Upstairs, the first floor has three bedrooms:

  • Bedroom 1: with a double bed

  • Bedroom 2: with a double bed

  • Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed

On the second floor, there’s one additional bedroom with two single beds.
